Stumbled across a Tenni Griso for sale on Facebook. Anybody here? Looks real clean. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/305608974173653
Not been rollorized, owners says that it works good, doesn't need it. Well at that price, perhaps still a good deal. Wonder if one could assess if there is any damage that could be determined? I know someone here will say, "just ride it..." thanks a bunch....This Griso in Tenni Green w/ a brown saddle is one of the finest looking bikes I have ever seen, but I am a bit prejudiced I suppose...
I agree. One of the most perfect paint jobs ever in the motorcycle world.
IF ................... I currently owned a Black Devil or a flat black and orange rollered Griso. I'd be tempted to buy this beauty, swap bodywork and saddle to my rollered bike, and do the rollerization in my own good time. I'm sure it would take some time working back and forth with Piaggio to get a break on the roller kit, if they're still doing it.
Do I recall Pete doing one or more rollerizations, and performing some sort of complete engine flushings, to assure any DLC particles had been flushed from oil passageways?
That's a stroke of genius right there! Hmmmm ^^^Yup^^^ If someone had the desire, cash and space, that would be the play No rush to do anything, If and when a deal and opportunity came by for a roller kit, make the hard choices then.Ride the bike you love in the meantime I can't believe the low prices south of the border, seems to be a buyers market right now.interesting to watch how that bike plays out. I still don't understand why they did not match the seat and tail piece better. That over hanging seat just turns me off.Other than that is is a stunning bike.
