great motorcycling stories
« on: February 27, 2015, 01:27:30 AM »
I love motorcycles and all that goes on while working on or riding them. between every bike and it's owner there is a great story to be told - and now I would like to hear them!

I found this website which in a very amusing and detailed way tell the tale of Patrick's motorcycles. I've spent hours on this site by now.

http://home.sprynet.com/~inniss/bikefram.htm

my question to you is, where can I find more sites / stories like this?

cheers,
Erik

Volume 3 of Leanings has been out for a while now.  You cannot go wrong with Peter Egan.

.....and his books Side Glances, about sports cars, especially LBCs, are highly recommended too.

  Dusty

I enjoyed reading about your experience with the anemic Kaw 400 ;)

But it's hard to find nuggest like that in the general clutter of the forum.

Thanks for the book tip - I'll buy his book!

This is my brothers' page where he chronicles some of his two-wheeled adventures.  Great photos and he has a knack for writing that makes you feel as if you were there.

No MG content, but he DOES ride Italian!
