Nice machine. Good luck with the auction. Some states don’t issue titles, so any idea what you submit to BaT instead?.
Beautiful bike. Looks great. I hope the auction goes well. BTW, your has cap is on backwards. 😉Figured I'd tell you before the nitpickers on BAT do. 😀-AJ
Not the entire cap - that only fits one way - just the lever. Right now it's in "crotch ripper" mode.
as if the brakes on a loop could throw you that far up the tank!I'll flip it around today. Tho I have never seen a one with the lever facing forward? But as in all things, I defer to the experts
Gorgeous bike! Maybe I missed it but how much is the listing fee? Without the pro photos. What do you have to pay at end of auction?
Very nice. That is a clean shiny loop. No easy task. I personally would remove the trunk, it looks out of place. Best of luck with the sale.
Paid the listing fee on 4/27/22Fee was $349Scheduled professional photos, awaiting email from photog...The professional photog appears to be a gig-app type service called SnaprOf course I didnt expect BAT to send their official on-staff photographer to my house! There is no way the $349 covers the fee and the photos- it's a '2 hour photo shoot'. I am assuming I'll be invoiced by the photographer separately, but I have not seen the price? The button I clicked on said 'listing with professional photos for $349' but I cant believe that's the total, seems low compared to what ebay fees have risen to now.Scheduled photo shoot for 5/9/22 (a previously planned day off work)
According to the FAQ on the website the listing fee is $99 and then the photography is an additional $250, so $349 is exactly right for the whole thing.
Thanks, does the buyer then pay the commission?
Thanks, that probably helps weed out the not serious bidders.
YesEven when you bid on BAT, you have to have a credit card on file and they bill you for the buyer premium at the time of bid. If you are subsequently outbid or dont win the auction, they reverse the charge back to your card. I'm not sure what the exact % is off the top of my head, but I believe it's around 3-5%?
