Uncle!
I know I have seen snippets here and there about how special this Scura is, but I don't think I have seen details of what makes it special. What are there specifics?Enquiring minds, and all... Cheers,Shaun
Chuck How long are you going to be in So Cal? We could put a Guzzi ride together while your here.
Till Jan. 6, I think. I just get on the plane when I'm told..
Have you checked the airbox Chuck?
My butt dyno says it will smoke my old Centauro.
I remember when I moved down here from the tundra in Alberta twenty odd years ago, I would ride in pretty much any weather SoCal threw at me. I'd be wearing t shirts when everyone else was bundled up, and think the rest of SoCal must be crazy. You would've had a good riding day or two shortly after you arrived, but now that my blood has thinned out, these past few days have been too cold for me to ride. But then again, I've turned into a total wuss when it comes to weather. I have to travel to Calgary in a month or so, and am dreading it.I'll pm you if we do any riding this weekend, and maybe you'd like to join us for a spin through Angeles Forest.
I don't think Pete or Chuck know what was done to that Scura. Maybe Mike might know what goodies are in that engine.Dean
Not much has to be done.. Pipes, crossover and a proper fuel map and these V11s are very snappy.. I bet I can find out...
One can never have too many pictures or stories about Scuras. Keep up the excellent work.If you want to ride in San Diego let me know.
Maybe we could meet half way ?
Wanna race? Make a performance comparison? I've ridden several V11S with pipes crossover and map.
Scura vs. Scura or Scura vs Lemans? Lemme know when you ever hit the Malibu area . We know some the same people. We can all do a good ride.
