Get some cranberry or raspberry juice or even apple juice. Get some Bragg raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. pour about a shot glass or a little less into a cup and top it off with the fruit juice. Drink this about once or twice a day. Hamstring cramps are very painful. If they happen on a pulled muscle hamstring, they are just awful. The vinegar prevents muscle cramp and can even help stop one if it already occurs. Besides, the vinegar is a great nourishment in its' own right. I used to have hamstring cramps so bad that one of then actually tore the muscle. That's when I was told about the vinegar. It works and I have used it daily ever since.
