Some of the smartest people I've met were on Illuminati, but the place devolved into a hate filled scheissenhole.
So I've been told.
Gotta get your confidence up. 1). Read more and visualization, helps. 2). Before any task, see step 1 and review. 3). There are a ton YouTube vids to help before working on something. 4). Maybe take a class at Rio Salado CC. 5). Drop in here w/questions.
Maybe I should just go whole-hog and enroll in MMI!

So, I asked this question to my wife, who rides. She says forums are for guys as 99.99% of the posts have zero interest to woman.
So, I asked this question to my wife, who rides. She says forums are for guys as 99.99% of the posts have zero interest to woman. It's almost the same for our BMW club, which is very active-for the men. One or two of the gals attends the monthly meeting every now and again-but they do come to rides and other club events.I don't think this adds anything useful at all to the conversation-but I did at least ask!
She likes nice guys
Perhaps SHE can answer your question:Although she does appear to be in a slightly odd mood .....
I believe that the majority of female riders choose to have a Harley-Davidson: so I wouldn't expect to see them participating on a Guzzi site. There are exceptions, but most are riding HD's.
In my experience, I respectfully disagree with that assessment.
Although I'm sure there's no objective data one way or the other, riding down the highway on a sunny Sunday might bear out the original proposition.Very many times, you will see a guy on a standard batwing Harley followed by a girl (at my age, every female is a "girl". I'm willing to be a boy) either on a Sportster or a Harley trike. On the other hand, unless there's a ponytail blowing in the wind, you can't always tell, underneath the jacket. And sometimes not then ....Lannis
Emma is a 30 year old Millennial. She wears patchouli and keffiyeh's.
I had no idea what 'patchouli' was or what it smelled like, only that it was a common feature of hippie chicks apparently.A couple months ago, sort of as a joke, I was in a little Tibetan shop (trying their 'singing bowls' to add to my collection, I love those things) and there was a a little 1/2 oz bottle of patchouli. I bought it and put it on Fay's dresser as a lark and forgot about it.The other night, she put some on before we got into bed.I'm not making any more jokes about patchouli..... !Lannis
