I hope it brings good money. These have been seriously undervalued compared to similar Ducatis and even some cafe style guzzi's.
The high bid has been sitting at $6.3k for the last two days. The auction charges 5% of the final selling cost to the buyer, which is currently $315.00, if the bike was to sell at the $6.3k
Unlike some, I add certain costs like new tires (assuming that the current set is five years old), full service, a couple of low cost replacement parts, and a new matching front brake rotor into the overall purchase price, so I would already be looking at being out of pocket close to $7.7k, if the bike would hold its current bid price.
I think that the final hammer price will be between $6.5k to $7k, which (if I were the buyer) means that I would be out of pocket around $7.9k to $8.4k in order to add this bike to my stable and have it ready for the road, and I would be ok with that price, or maybe even a little more.......
