Hope everyone is doing well,

So I ordered the premium V7 III single dlx seat from www.guzzistore.com couple months ago and still no details of shipment even though they have received payment. Has anybody purchased anything from them before? Just getting a bit worried... I sent email and no response... Hopefully these guys are legit lol 😬. Either way, thought I would ask you all of this is normal. Cheers.

Dealer in Italy? There you have it. With the Italians, an email reply inside of 2 weeks is considered "prompt". Inside a month - "normal".

With their vacation month of August being a mere 2-1/2 months out, they may be throttling down, so adjust expectations accordingly.

Lol this made me laugh... I guess I will adjust my expectations 😜. I just hope the seat will eventually arrive! Especially since the seat is discontinued.
