Both passed today, I never got a chance to see Little Jimmy sing "Take an old cold tater and wait" in person. I guess I can take that off my bucket list.

That's the combustion chamber of the turbo shaft. It is supposed to be on fire. You just don't usually see it but the case and fairing fell off.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to see Little Jimmy Dickens at the Grand Ole Opry two years ago.  He did Bird of Paradise, but not the tater song.

When I got older and could identify, I really loved his music. The 'old country music' singers were and are a treasure.
