There is one of those up on the hill from me. Not in as good shape as that one when I saw it, but the owner had plans. I guess that is as good as any use for a goldwing.

Bede was quite a huckster. He had some of these at the EAA fly in at Rockford in the 70s.. I thought "no" then, and still do.. :smiley:

Totally agree, but watched two airshow performances of the "Silver Bullet" and I was impressed. Probably not for the average private pilot, especially with no two seat trainer versions.

These do lean. The outrigger wheels are just a couple of trailer tires, that deploy at very low speeds. Once moving, they retract upwards, and the bike leans like any other proper 2-wheeler.
