Fixing a badly built/maintained V35V

Faab:
So sorry for not keeping you guys up tempo date.

First a question, how come my finale drive with new seals is already leaking?
I paid 220eu for it and i don't know if it's me instelling it poorly or a botched job.

Faab:
So what happened after my last post. I had to wait more than a month to get my finale drive back.
After that, I started putting the bike back together.
While I was going that, I fixed 2 mayor fire hazards. 1 was the tank being in direct contact with the frame. And the other was a rats nest of poorly soldered wires behind the headlight.
I fitted YSS dear shocks. And new cush drive rubbers.

The bike rides again, with a few issues. The seat doesnt fit properly, the rear tire rubs, the carbs need tuning and last but not least, I'm converting to pod filters with a proper oil catch system.
Off course tuning the carbs is for after the pod filters are fitted.

I was supposed to go on a trip the weekend of the 1st of August. But 5days prior, my buddy broke his foot. So I took a break from endlessly working on the bike.

If you want to know why I'm putting pod filters on,  it's because the stock air box directs all the noise forward and my delicate ears can't handle the noise. It's louder than my exhaust!
Oh and don't worry I'll keep the stock air box with the bike.

Where is it leaking from? If it's the vent, it's over filled.
Otherwise, I would take it back to the shop.

Ugh, back to the shop it is.
It's coming from the axle and lightly coating my brake disc.
So far it's not als bad as before, but there should be no leak left.

What's also weird is that I swapped the rear tire the right way round. And now it rubs on the right side of the swingarm.
I was thinking, with the new cush drive rubbers and refitting the wheel. Is it possible I damaged one of the seals in the final drive.
It was a hassle to get the wheel in.

Pescatore:
Is the tire too wide?  What size is it?
Is the tire deformed?   If you spin it, does it look like it wobbles, or it rubs at all positions?
Do you have spokes? The rim might need to be aligned. Maybe the axle or the swingarm are bent.  Hard to do, but not impossible.
Also check the swingarm pins at the gearbox for proper centering.   Some small blocks also use a spacer on the right side.
So many possibilities, difficult to debug remotely.
Hopefully the shop can fix it.
