From the General Category page or the General Discussion page, look up on the top right corner just underneath the donate button, you'll see a spot to do searches from, just enter your search criteria and hit the search button.
Bear in mind the golden rule of all database searches,"less is more"
ie. don't make your searches too specific or you can eliminate a lot of potential returns and the information you're looking for.
From the General Category page you can also search the archives, Luap has instructions there, but I think once you open an archived year the search functions in a similar fashion.
I'm sure you'll be drowning in info very shortly,lol.
