V85TT Stock Spring Rate
« on: December 27, 2022, 07:04:20 PM »
An old thread requests info on the stock spring rate, for which there was no clear answer. The thread did show that the stock springs were sourced from the Dorsoduro and were progressive. I do take my V85TT beyond the well-traveled dirt road and find the suspension is very busy and upset easily. I'm 250lbs with gear. I am considering the Andreani Evo cartridges but also think that it is under-sprung for my weight and would notice an improvement with proper spring rate for my weight. Not looking to run enduro races here, just have more confidence and carry a little more speed of road.
