Actually we did find one two years ago.  After everyone still there said it wasn't theirs we tried to light it up to no avail.   Charged it and tried some more.   It was toast.  I think it was left on the stage with some other unclaimed stuff.

It's a small black shaving kit with toiletries and pills.  If nobody steps up to claim it I'm going to flush the toiletries and use the pills.

OK It's settled RK is officially appointed as the head of the Cedarvale NAR lost and found.  Next year bring all found items to him, especially interesting pharmaceuticals.
