Spring Ride Reflections
« on: April 04, 2021, 05:58:33 PM »
Got in a nice warm spring ride today. It came to mind as I enjoyed the sensation of flying down the road that this is something that never changes. I was in the same moment that I have always been in riding regardless of my age. I have been doing this for years and the world that comes back at the end of the ride has changed so very much but the ride is always the same. So if you can, keep riding just as long as you can. Today was a good day.

Me, too. It was the *first nice day* of the year that I put in my journal. 72, sunny, calm. That first nice day after the doldrums of winter is truly a reawakening.. and a ride just .. oh well, I'm preaching to the choir.
