Nicely done Bill. I'm about to do the 'Final upgrade' on my hydro and as it's  done 120-30,000km I'm going to fling a new chain in it just because. I was wondering what the deal might be viz a viz using a Valtek? Now I know. Did you weld the pin into the hole on the end of the factory tensioner mount?

Pete,

The original was brazed so I did the same. Requires a little grinding of the original head on the back as well as the head of replacement bolt in order to not bottom out against  the block.
