Yes , we will still be in Cedar Vale next May , or we will be if there is still any interest . We started out with 6 and peaked at 70 , likely there will still be a few who will come .

You probably have a better chance at winning a major lottery than the chance of a Tornado affecting you. This from a life long Kansan.

And I figured out  the back roads around the floods last year so we'll probably be OK.

Can't be any worse than the storms and flooding at the Guzzi National I was at more than 30 years ago in Abilene, Ks.

I should be there barring unforeseen events.

I just realized the now-planned 2020 MGNOC National Rally is scheduled for the weekend after the Wisconsin Rally and the weekend before the Michigan Rally, two really good rallies I've attended for several years.  Three events in three consecutive weekends -- too much.

That means the National Rally will fall off of my planning calendar for next year and be replaced by a possible trip to Cedar Vale.

I always knew I'd get old.  How fast it happened was a bit of a surprise, though.

The good thing between the CV rally and now the nationals in western KS. if one comes to both they will be able to experiance two very different parts of KS. Won't be at all like going back to the the same place.

The last time I visited the great state of KANSAS was in the winter of 1972, 47 years ago, at 18 years old. :thumb:

My buddy Tom and I borrowed my Dad's 1969 Olds 98, (just like this one...), as we were driving from upstate NY to Aspen, CO to go skiing.  I remember how FLAT it was, and also "The Flint Hills, elevation about 200 feet, something like that!

Along the way, we stopped in El Dorado, KS (near Wichita), to see an old girlfriend of mine. Man, that was a long time ago!

Since Luap holds control on the "Wild Guzzi" moniker and I thought he gave his approval (correct me if I am wrong), then that is the name I would expect it to have.
The best part of riding a motorcycle is to tilt the horizon and to lift the front coming out of a corner and to drift the back end powering thru loose dirt and to catch a little air topping a hill and... yeah it's all good!

If you wish to know what a man is, place in him authority.
False accusations reflect more on the accuser than the accused.
They can take everything from you, including your life, except your honor and integrity.  That you must give away.
Do or don't do. There is no try.
