Title: What is this part called

Looking for some of these weld in bungs to build a new bike frame. Looking for something to fit inside 3/4" tubing .51" inside.

I have looked all over, but don't see anything like this piece......is it a half joint....suppliers???

You might tr.y sidecar suppliers. DMC is friendly. Do a search

Edit:  like 1/2 Clevis or one sided

Just walk right up to the counter of your friendly neighborhood custom chopper parts store and say: "Gimme a couple of them sissy bar and fender strut bungs, MAN!"
