Had one of these back when close to new..  Never liked the carb placement, always pissed gas on my shoes.. and since this is just a time killer project. I decided to let them piss on the cylinders.  I have also always hated the "center wall" that this engine design used, so it's gone as well..
bike may end up being worth nothin'  but that's ok...

Funny thing is when i got this bike, i planned on doing as little as possible, then move to the big goose...  but no...  it's now a custom project of doom...

Thanks for explaining. Will continue to watch the developments

Greetings, the notches in the wheels are meant to keep the tire on the rim in case of deflation instead of bead locks, etc. They work great. The bings do not do well with any type of forced intake from the filter side.

Alfetta:
Been laying out rear shock mounts.   I don't like my early fab, going to go to a single side upper mount.  And wouldn't you know it....   while laying out my plan, I noticed that i forgot to install  the rubber bump stop in one of the shocks....   one step forward, two backards...

Not too happy with the Bings.  Thinking about making another manifold and using a down draft 2b weber placed about where the air filter normally resides....
