Title: Guzzi Saddlebag rubber seal material
Post by: Oddiron on March 28, 2023, 02:41:56 PM
Hi folks, I’m looking for the rubber seal material used on my 2007 Breva 1100, I’m not sure who originally made the hard bags but they have the MG insignia on them. The gasket or seal appears to have an 8 shape cross section, or possibly a double D (heh heh) shape, it’s hard to tell since it’s hardened and flattened and crumbling. My parts book doesn’t include the bags, so that’s out, and I’ve searched eBay and google search. Any clues much appreciated!

Triangle sort of bags used on Breva's (not Norge's) were made by Aprillia . Same touring bag.

Might want to give McMaster-Carr a look.
They had seals for my Wixom bags.
