I'd say the automatic transmission paired with a Guzzi engine is the appeal... making it a magic carpet ride, with built-in percussion massage therapy technology

Auction ended, reserve not met again. This time less than before. There we have it. A fair to good condition running Convert with 45,000 miles in need of some tuning. Value $2K on East Coast.

I talk to the owner the of the Convert that was on eBay. It went to a guy in Australia. He must have got an offer after it didn't sell on eBay.

The upgrades and repairs include; Rebuilt transmission with new clutch, SP fairing, (with 3 windshields)  electronic speedometer, rebuilt motor, resealed forks, 450 Watt alternator, lowered floor boards, resealed rear drive and all regular maintenance and repairs necessary along the way. The bike has been recently painted with custom pin striping and two sets of matching bags. Well over 12000.00 invested, this is absolutely one of the nicest Converts around. There are a very few people who go crazy over these but those who do... Guzzi's are on the fringe of motorcycles. Converts are on the fringe of Guzzi ownership. I've had 3 of them and they are the most fun boring bike you'll ride. For running errands in town the automatic really shines. Roll on/off the throttle.
