OK Gents,
As of now I am interested and will go as far as saying that if the weather isn't too bad and something doesn't come up to stop me I may do the CV. How is that for an incredible milk toast commitment! Seriously though I would really like to do the run from Lincoln, NE. Its a "fair" ride from here but not a "far" ride. We already have our Open Garage, John Day, Iowa and Mo-Kan in the que for this year. The CV would be a great season opener for me. Of course that is if my recently rollered 2012 NTX doesn't burst into flames this spring. So if all the ducks line up I may be there.

Moto,

Looking forward to seeing you either at CV or John Day.  Ride safe.

There were more than that , although I've spent many a night in the CV park sans tent . There is usually a farm dog or cat to keep a solo camper company  This year we are planning on 40 or so intrepid motorbike riders , CV separates the posers from us real bikers

75 days folks , get those bikes ready and check out your camping gear . With the warm Winter so far , betting it will be warm in late April . Anyone interested in a trip down to the tall grass preserve in Oklahoma , maybe see some Bison ? Or more accurately , the Woolaroc museum , about 65 miles .

OK then , let's get back to our real business on WG , or at least the social aspect .

Getting closer than you think folks , start making those plans . Heck , at least two of the staff will be in attendance , you can bitch at us in person , although if you want to get fed and not duct taped to a tree ... Sorry , my emos are on another break LOL .

So , Doug and I need to start getting a head count , and like last year , T-shirts will be available by
pre-order . Our master of such will come up with a masterpiece , and we might just have a small surprise this year .

He's certainly going to have a more interesting route to get there too from Warshington!  I'm going to have to find some twisties along the way up from Houston, most of it looks straight as an arrow on the map!  Might have to do some zig-zagging and take a leisurely route up....for some reason, the lyrics to this song just came to mind!

Kansas eh?  Well, I do have a couple tires where the edges are worn down, but the middles are perfect.  Maybe I mount one and wear it out.  Haven't ridden on straight roads in a minute or two.

Frank and Lola's is a great place, Dusty.  Mike did an Okie Lunch there.  Great green chili.  Also a music venue (but I've not been there that late).

Finally got the EV running.  It's not dripping gas and runs good.  I've even fixed the dash lights and fuel level indicator  <knock wood>

I would say join us in Colorado for a few days before Cedar Vale, but the hundreds and hundreds of miles of prairie to get west of I-25 is a bit of a drag.
