I had a 14 Cali Touring, that I rode around the country last year. It was dang near perfect on the trip, but before I ever rode it, I knew it wasn’t ‘my kind of bike’, as I had never ridden anything but sport or sport tourers. (I was so wrong). After I sold it to Britman, who still loves it, I began kicking myself as I came to realize what an incredibly capable, comfortable machine it was. My neck, damaged from g loads in my youth, let me know that it didn’t appreciate my Multistrada’s seat position, and it loved the 7800 pain free miles on my month long trip, so I began to search for another 1400.
I found 2 different bikes to be my huckleberry, but both turned out to have squirrelly owners, so I started looking for a new one, as there are some really great deals out there on leftover models.
Found a super deal at Unique Superbikes in Miami, on a new old stock 16 Eldorado. Driver just called and is delivering her today. I am so excited all over again about a motorcycle. Looking forward to BRMC later this year.
Yeah!!!!!
