This trike is the reason homebuilds are not eligible for titles/registration in some states -- the welds and brakes won't survive the first bouncy stop.  The frame is completely rusted out at every weld point and joint -- although in his defense, he does include an untitled replacement frame.  A little fraud with the DMV, a complete disassembly/reassembly with the riveted VIN plate, and you got yourself a  . . . . (insert a word or words here).  At least he sobered up before it got out of hand.  Unfortunately, there's not half the asking price's worth of salvage there.
