OFFICIAL APRILIA RSV4 FACTORY ENTRY IN SUPERSTOCK 1000 CLASS

New York, January 30, 2015. Aprilia USA is proud to announce an official entry to compete in MotoAmerica Superstock 1000 series. A newly formed two rider team will race the Italian RSV4 Factory machines under the team title “Aprilia HSBK Racing”.

Aprilia HSBK Racing
Aprilia USA has officially partnered with HSBK Racing to lead the MotoAmerica program and to provide racing development services for privateers competing on Aprilia RSV4 machines.  The two rider line-up will be announced by the newly formed Aprilia HSBK Racing Team.

Phil Read Jr., Marketing & Communications Director, Piaggio Group Americas
“Aprilia is a racing brand, it is in our DNA. The passion for racing is what drives our ambitions and a relentless determination for success. The new MotoAmerica Superstock series offers a critical step to developing future champions and gives Aprilia USA the ideal opportunity to go racing with the RSV4 Factory. But this is only the first step of a longer plan and we look forward to some exciting racing this year.”

Bobby Shekarabi – Team Principal, HSBK Racing
“Since its conception, HSBK Racing has been focused on bringing the Aprilia RSV4 on the national racing stage. Partnering with Aprilia is a perfect fit as we are a franchised dealer for the brand with strong race experience. The Aprilia RSV4 is the premier bike in its class, we are excited to get this amazing bike on the grid and take it to the podium.”

Aprilia Racing
Aprilia boasts 54 World Titles (38 in MotoGP, 7 in World Superbike and 9 in off-road disciplines) making it one of the most victorious brands on a global level in motorcycle racing and the most successful among the European brands.

Will MotoAmerica be Televised?
All MotoAmerica events will be telecast on CBS Sports Network, as part of a multi-year agreement between Torque.TV and CBS Sports Network announced earlier this year. Programming will air on CBS Sports Network on weekend afternoons and in primetime. The 2015 television schedule will be released at a later date.

That's great news. Would someone be so kind as to post a schedule once it's known?  Thanks!
