1200 Sport: Can you remove the rear disc caliper with the wheel still on?

Don't have a center stand, so taking off the rear wheel is very difficult as I wanted to look at my "sticky" rear brake caliper. Can the rear caliper be removed while the wheel is still on?

On my 2007 Breva 1100 YES I'm sure you can on the sport.
