Sweet! How's she running?

The only incident was after lunch on Friday. I had just got on the freeway and after about a mile the bike died. Would not start, not even a click.

Of course I immediately swapped the relays. Nothing. Fuses all looked good.

Right when it had died I had been messing with the Go Cruise with my left hand.

Let's just say I can confirm the kill switch is easy to bump and it works.

That was the extent of the bike drama.  :bike-037:

Here's my vintage bike. Not that it's that much older than the T.

Dave there are bullet connectors on the left side of the head tube that sometimes get pulled loose . I believe they go back to the relays.

The only thing that was a little loose was the guy behind the bars.

You really need one of these.      http://www.harpermoto.com/moto-guzzi-potato-chip-t-shirt.html  When you get a chance.  Take your gas tank off and either insulate the fuel pump better or get longer fuel lines and move it away from the top of the engine.  Otherwise plan on a 45 minute break every time you stop during the hotter part of the Summer.

^^^^ What Tom is talking about is heat related vapor lock in the early V11S. It can be cured by putting fire sleeve over the fuel line to insulate it..

Plus slightly shorter wheelbase and 170 rear tire.
I loved mine but sold it to a friend that wanted it more than me.

I went to a 150 rear on my 2000.  More nimble for the twisty roads that I ride.
He lost the run of himself.

Hmmm.....may have to try this on the el Camino gas line. Vapor lock has been a problem on that engine in the heat of summer since I installed the Hooker headers. Thanks.

I love my Ballabio like a child, but if I was replacing it, I'd love to have this...
