Just looking I saw160 ranch land forsale around Cedar Vale Ka. @ only $2000.00 per ac. With cattel & grain prices down should get it somewhere south of $1500 per ac. Then can watch house to fall down be close to the rallie.Rudy

Maybe a bit high but not by much if fencing, etc. all good. Talking some of the best range land in the world.
