I suggest that this Cap10 owner is treading in unknown territory ....ouch!

Unless there's an STC kit for tip tanks on the CAP 10, it's a risky deal. On Bonanzas and Comanches the tip tank STC mods increase gross weight, make roll rate slower (heavier) when tanks are full, increase parasite drag and decrease induced drag so speeds above economy cruise burn more fuel and speeds below economy cruise burn less fuel. With the lighter CAP-10 an extra 100 lb of weight at each end of the wing would probably affect roll rate near the stall, spin rate and spin recovery.

Two photos of the "Arroyo" (Dry Stream bed) behind our house.  It flows like a river during heavy monsoon rains, and is one of the neighborhood wildlife corridors in between! :thumb:

Not Good Muzz, I had an oil leak from a cooler hose, some made it to the right side of the rear tyre, resulting in a Hi-side tipping into turn 1 at Lakeside Raceway. Hospital Hospital

The first shot is the cover of my road atlas in 2013 in Australia

Second shot is taken by me, on the same spot of ground on the Atlantic Road in Norway, North of the Arctic Circle in 2015 close to Midnight.
..

The photo's themselves are fairly unremarkable, but the space between them is epic.. (to me at least).

Rare that I can get my 3 area son's together for a ride. Brown jacket (Mike) doesn't own a bike but I was able to borrow one. All 3 share July birthdays (John left, Chris right) and this was a nice celebration ride to Sky Manor Airport for breakfast and to meet up with the MGNOC-NJ folks. Rode about 100 miles on mostly twisty secondary roads. I rode my friends Fat Boy and Mike the V7 (he got the better end of that deal).
