Recommended MG Mechanic near Austin TX?
« on: April 23, 2015, 09:47:54 AM »
Hey guys, I'm going to be moving out to Austin Texas in the next few months, and was wondering if anyone lives out there and knows of a good mechanic they trust their moto Guzzi to?

No. But in Houston, MPH is one of the top 3 preferred in the USA.

I have never had them work on my bike, but AF1 in Austin and New Braunfels are very much piaggio fans. They stock a ton of parts
MPH in houston is often highly praised.

As far as places to live with a Guzzi, you could have found one of the best. BBQ isn't bad, either.

Hope you like toll roads and heavy traffic if you are moving to Austin. You will find thousands of good riding roads once you get out of Austin.
For a shop in Austin check with the Austin riding group.

Thanks everyone. As for the toll roads and traffic. I currently live in San francisco and frequently work across the bay. So I think i should be used to it already. The only downside is I'll have to make sure I don't lane split out of habit unless they change the law in Texas..

I've had AF1 service my Guzzis.  No issues other than the cost.

Texas and washington state are in the process of trying to legalize certain forms of lane splitting.
