I have two plain ones ready to go now if anyone is interested.

If you want your name added to it, those custom orders are only done one day per month. I guess quite a bit extra work goes into adding the name.  Shows you what I know about making these things

Well, when you get a name on it, it's "heat sublimated", you know.   If you want something 'sublime', you have to be prepared to wait a bit .....

Reading the fine print on the paper ring "not dishwasher safe" so I'll just have to rinse it out and hit it Grappa every so often to "sterilize".

I ordered a couple of extra caps from Amazon.  Between one hound who likes to chew "prizes" and my own lose / break history, cups last but the lids - not so much.

I also picked up a handle because I've become more fumble-fingers the last couple of years.

In the thread I posted after getting mine, I mentioned the cap for the Wally World brand also fits this mug. It has a slider to cover the hole when not being  used and cost $2.74. The store nearby me had them in stock.

I bought this lid and I can verify that it fits properly.

Your name was on the sample picture on the cup on the ordering site.   That's why I ordered one with my name ... I'm not lettin' you get ahead of me with monogrammed cups!

Sorry, Steve.  If these cups are "sublime" you can't use them for margaritas.  You need the "superlime" edition, available every other week* with your name and the name of your DUI attorney superlimely engraved.

*  Or fax payment to the number on the website and we'll return-fax the superlime cup SAME DAY!

You may have noticed that I was sporting it at the Virginia rally as well, where you would have seen it in person. It's been working out well. I've been taking it to the RC Airplane field with ice water so it is getting used.

I have to say this is the best insulated mug I've ever had. When I fill it with ice it last's longer than any other mug I've used. Very nice mug!!!

And this past winter, I've been carrying my tumbler/mug in the cold weather.   And when I fill it with hot stuff, the heat lasts a very long time.

Matter of fact, a couple times I almost burned myself.   The mug will have been in the truck for an hour or so, and the outside of it is ice-cold.   I was thinking "Jeez, it's gone cold already" and taken a swig, and it was the same temperature as when I poured it in out of the coffee pot ....

On a normal mug, the outside will be warm if there's hot coffee in it.   Not on this one ....

The beauty of double insulation. No sweating and there's a vacuum sealed barrier between the layers that allow the temperature to stay the same for a very long time. I don't know anything about all that, just what I read

It's even better in summer.

Last summer I would carry a 30 oz filled mostly with ice in a saddlebag. When I got caught 300 miles from home on a hot (90+F) afternoon I pulled over took ice out of the tumbler and placed it in the back of my wet neck wrap. Kept me cool for about 100 more miles at a time as the ice melted (adding cool) and the water evaporated (adding more cool).
