Vespa! In the U.S.!

I suppose we can now discuss the relevant differences between this Piaggio and the one we all love.

One thing that doesn't seem to be involved is advertising, at least that I've noticed. Nor dealer networks.

So, what gives?

I've always wanted one of these

Last time I looked at a price they were north of $AUD40,000 for a fully renovated one.

I know of one that has been meticulously restored, drained of all fluids and sits, in pride of place, as a work of art in a rider's lounge room .
