They'd of had fewer problems if Vespa had anything to do with them .They were kinda fun to ride , BUT , crap the warranty problemsnever ended . Cost HD big money to finally rid themselves of those things . . Peter
I never had a single problem with my Uly! And it was a torq monster. A lot faster than say a V11 Sport at least up to 80 or 100mph. It was a fantastic bike. If the right one showed up used near me I wouldn't be able to resist.
Niece Valerie had an S3T. I loved it for what it was.. but.. it certainly had it's vibration induced issues. Master cylinder departing the area. Header pipe breaking off at the head. Harley wouldn't cover it.. said Valerie was riding it too hard. Valerie?? BWAHHHHA. Barstids.There were others, too, but I've forgotten now.

Early XB aluminum frames were made by Verlicchi, in Italy Buell pulled the contract due to quality problems and moved frame manufacture to the US. Maybe not so good for Verlicchi
