They'd of had fewer problems if Vespa had anything to do with them .They were kinda fun to ride , BUT , crap the warranty problems
never ended . Cost HD big money to finally rid themselves of those things . . Peter

I never had a single problem with my Uly! And it was a torq monster.
A lot faster than say a V11 Sport at least up to 80 or 100mph. It was a fantastic bike. If the right one showed up used near me I wouldn't be able to resist.

Niece Valerie had an S3T. I loved it for what it was.. but.. it certainly had it's vibration induced issues. Master cylinder departing the area. Header pipe breaking off at the head. Harley wouldn't cover it.. said Valerie was riding it too hard. Valerie?? BWAHHHHA. Barstids.
There were others, too, but I've forgotten now.

The tube frame Buell's were little better than kit bikes.  The vibrations broke damn near everything on them.  Muffler brackets, bolts, horn mounts, you name it.  At idle, they'd walk backwards on the side stand.  Buell put a big rubber block at the bottom of the side stand to stop it, but you still didn't walk off with it idling, or it wouldn't be where you left it!  The XB models were MUCH better.

Early XB aluminum frames were made by Verlicchi, in Italy 

Buell pulled the contract due to quality problems and moved frame manufacture to the US.  Maybe not so good for Verlicchi

I've owned 13 Guzzi's warranty means nothing to me and even less to Piaggio.

Always found it ironic that Verlicchi sounds like 'very leaky'.   Didn't they make the swingarms too?
