I rode the Quota for a short warm up ride yesterday and then did an oil change. (I will do a full oil service when my pan gasket and filters come in) Then today, I went for a short ride to get coffee with a friend. The weather has been really nice with temps in the 60s. I had a really good coffee and some great motorcycle conversation. The net result of both days activity is a bum and painful left leg and knee.  It has something to do with crawling around the floor under the Guzzi, climbing up onto the Quota's seat and being 63 years old with all my creaky joints.

I went around the block both yesterday and today, only about 10 miles each day.  47 degrees in the southern Berkshires, fingers got a little chilly, but the Gerbing kept me warm otherwise.

Riding the Mongrel Monza v65. Sorry, didn't take any pictures.

Tomorrow, maybe. 57 degrees, but 35 mph gusts.

We ended up at 60 degrees and sunny for a nice lunch run.  Just a fuzz over 150 miles.  It felt good to be out.

And ice cream.   :-)

Haven't been on the motorcycle since October, getting a little antsy. Of course I've also not undertaken any of the winter maintenance projects I should have completed either... and it's starting to get warm.

Nope, But I did go to Hugh's BULTACO in Hudson one time. And some swanky restaraunt overlooking the river.

Many of the threads seem to be looking for a specific response, however if you just click on Reply it allows you to type anything in response, anything is better than nothing I reckon

Took the Duc out for 40 miles.  Today was perfect but no bikes out.  Yesterday had horrendous wind, took the Greenie to the shop and I had to get off the highway and drive through town.

only 60 miles on my EV. Warmest day in February in recorded history.
Was careful at intersections as there is a lot of sand on the pavement.

I took a brief ride today on my V85TT.  It was 70F here in Richmond, to be 80 tomorrow!   WTF?

I've also been riding my Triumph Tiger and my combination  Yam Virago 1100 with a Dniepr sidecar.

The roads are dry so I took the XT250 out for a short loop, first ride of Spring '23. Another winter storm due tomorrow and I'm driving up to Big Sky for a few days of powder skiing.
