It has a Pitchler look to it, but lacks the built in turn signals.

It showed up, and I'll be damned if I can find a marking on the fiberglass, brackets or windscreen.

The second photo is labeled "Tlm fairing 2." That's Teo Lamers' website name. Maybe they built it, sold it, or could identify it. tlm.nl/en/

Nope. I bought it from Teo lamers and they didn't know. There's a decal on the side that reads "Paid for with mafia money" the previous owner spoke English and had a sense of humor.
