And it's still darn cold!

The snow may have gone but it's still darn cold around here. In today's quick 100 mile blast around the neighbourhood, it never got above freezing. Even with the heated grips on full, my hands (and the rest of me) are still chilly an hour and a half after my return.

There's a theme to these picture (no, not just the red bike...).

 We have a neighborhood in Muskogee that locals refer to as "The Aberdeens" , North , South , East , and West . Not nearly as scenic  :rolleyes: Nice job Nick old man , now get warmed up  :bow:

I rode up towards Barrys Bay from Ottawa today. It was cold when I left and got ccccccolder as I got north of Eaganville. Our Tiger has heated grips and seat but is in desperate need of tires so its not on the road yet. The mighty Sport is my cold weather mount for now. The weatherman is calling for snow/ice pellets and freezing rain overnight so............
I only saw two other bikes out today - a Harley and a Yamaha  Tenere.

Sounds like 70 F by the middle of next week here, time for lunch @ Pepin and run some ABC roads.  :boozing:

Glad you got out, Nick.  With my freshly-broken wrist, I'll likely be sidelined until June, at least.   :sad:  i did get out to the motorcycle show today, though, which was better than nothing.

gawdddd it was well into the 80s and I was sweating my butt off riding today. 

Thank goodness we're getting some rain now.  I can't believe it's cold anywhere.
