V85TT aftermarket exhaust
dxhall:
I also would like to eliminate the catalytic converter, but I’m concerned that shlepping in a Y-pipe without remapping would cause the motor to run too lean. Has anyone tried the Y-pipe with no other mods?
evank:
Thanks to all. I will check out Mistral and if that does not work, I will stay with the original stock exhaust system. the '21 will not accept just a Y-pipe replacement as the headers are now welded the the CAT section rather than clamped.

Says it's in stock.
egschade:
What's your reason for deleting the CAT? I've read that the 2021 bikes don't run as hot as the earlier years. Maybe ride it stock for a while to see if you really need to drop a grand on an exhaust upgrade.
evank:
My thinking about removing the CAT was to free up the exhaust for more performance, remove the unaesthetic CAT box, and have a cleaner simpler exhaust system. You are correct that
the logical thing to do is keep it stock for now and see how it goes so that is what I will do. So far it is fine and I have not noticed much heat radiating from the system even though it has been
warm here (90s).
