Reminds me of a comment made by the Southern comedian, Lewis Grizzard (RIP.)  He said about Russia " ....... it's hard to fear a country that hasn't mastered the flush toilet ....."

Nah, the late, great Jim White aka The Big Bumper, was using that in th 60s. He even had a stumper bicker.
