Probably because of the nice looking paint job. :laugh: I will admit Harley's usually have nice looking paint jobs.

I rode a 1989 FXRT all over the country for many years. Heck, I'd still probably still be riding it if not for a careless driver pulling directly in front of me while I was traveling home from Sturgis in 1999. I'd see stickers in Sturgis that said, "Sturgis 99, I rode mine." I got one and scratched out rode, "Sturgis 99, I wrecked mine!"
