and his shifter bushings!!!!
After having shift issues with Giada I thought that the clutch and/or tranny was going out.
Decided to try an easy fix first (thanks Dusty for the suggestion!!) I ordered set of these bushings.
No missed shifts, very rarely a false neutral while downshifting and no gearshift lockup while downshifting.
No it's not "silky smooth" but WAY better than before. It's been 2 weeks since installation and
life is good!
So, a big Thanks to Lee and if you are having issues with your Cali shifting give these a try.

You are welcome Jeff , but I have no memory of suggesting a Brun's bushing . Of course mostly I just have no memory ???

I will be spinning off some of the small bushings also, The '98 EV (And Im sure many other models) uses two of them inside the linkage arm also. Starting on those this weekend I still get emails from people who thought they had a transmission issue, that turned out to just be linkage.
