Cool little bike I have one I'm trying to get back on the road. Benelli's answer to Yamaha's RD's, but it cost more and did not have oil injection, but had better suspension made better power down lower and had horrible electrics. Also sold as a Moto Guzzi 250 TS.

Sold as the "Phantom" at one point. Apparently, Benelli planned on fitting an oil injection pump, but never did. The cases have a cast in area for a pump and there are "pillars" behind the cylinders where the oil feed lines would attach.

Interesting about the oil injection .I'll have to look at mine. Mine is a "Electronic" it came with a front wheel from a Bridgestone, I found a wheel in Italy.

Look for the cylindrical casting sticking just up aft of the cylinder like in this photo:
