Float height
« on: May 27, 2023, 06:58:25 PM »
Stupid question maybe, but I'm confused and the Dellorto diagrams are less than clear to me. I'm pretty sure the float height is measured to the arm mounted to the float and not to the top of the float or any other protuberance?

The carb sits on throat to right in the pic so pin is on bottom and is measured from carb bowl mating surface to top edge of circle on float not the arm.

Thank you! I'm aware the carb sits on the throat for linked floats. I just wasn't clear exactly what point the height limit was taken from.
