2012 V7C fueling

I need to re-position my handle bars back and up, have to re-route cables, etc. Since I have to remove the tank, I thought I would change the fuel filter. I have a NAPA filter, what I need is where to get the stainless steel clamps to go on the hoses? I prefer a screw type to tighten on as I don't have the special tool for the crimp on type of clamps. Thanks in advance!

Fwiw, you can get the tool at pretty much any auto parts store as a CV-boot clamp tool.
