navada 750 speedometer problem

Often the speedometer starts to jump and that as a result of the snail flap that sits on the wheel just buckles something causes snail stuck for a moment and then the wheel keeps spinning around twisting it out I greased the cable and the snail, but the phenomenon :copcar: continues Should I check the clock itself? :gotpics:
