I am there every year. Met the founder Billy Aldrich in Barber many years ago, went out to dinner with him and have remained in touch since. Great guy. I live local and it's a great show. I put in a few bikes last event just for an excuse to hang all day, LOL. Will put my Norton in again and maybe my Rosso Mandello, lol

Billy is a great guy I've had the privilege of helping him set his bikes on bricks there many times looking forward to this year's event I heard we have alot more  participants showing up due to the cabin fever of the pandemonium pandemic

Yes a great event!! Hope to make it down. My most favorite time there was the breakfast ride years ago with Pete & Barb Egan. I always go to the Kings Head Pub to eat after the show. And how about the motorbikes Jack Wells brings!!!
Lets hope the motorbike gods give us great weather!! :thumb:

I will pass this along to Bill Peterson the chairman tonight we are a volunteer group and not all are 100% up on everything its obviously a honest mistake but if they let you show it I welcome it as I believe all moto guzzis are special interest bikes due to low production numbers and should be eligible especially since they just hit 100

See if you can call them tomorrow morning asap and tell them of the error. Btw why did you try to enter a bike under 35 years old? They probably punched a wrong key regarding the Norton good luck hope everything works out see you there

This year I'm a greeter at front gate usually I wrangle the the bikes out of the trailers. I asked if I could put my bike in as filler for empty space in the field but this year we are expecting the largest number of bikes in years be sure to try and find me . This is my favorite event of the year

ah, will do! i have a 2018 Burgundy Dodge Ram 1500 pulling a silver and black trailer which my 75' Norton and Rosso Mandello will roll out of. Yeah, I thought that was the reason that my Norton might not be accepted, I guess I just made it in!

NOT to be missed!
St.Augustine area is so beautiful.
Riding out from north of Atlanta Fri morn, coming home Sun eve.
820+ miles roundtrip with perfect weather forecast(fingers crossed).
Supposed to be a massive turnout with Brit bikes the focus.
Maybe see some of you mugs there!? :thumb: :bike-037:

I spoke to Bill Peterson the chairman of the event yesterday and he said around 335 entries so this is one of the best turnout in years the weather is supposed to cooperate. I would still like to get together with the guzzi faithful afterwards to maybe do a dinner run

Kings Head Pub 6460 US-1. Go east out of the World Golf Resort entrance and then south a few miles on US-1, the pub is on the left. Brit tele- booth and double decker bus out front.

Awesome ride down to Florida from north of Atlanta, 400 miles of secondary roads to here. Staying 25 miles north of Event. Tomorrow is going to be one of the high points of the year!

The black Calvin is mine. It was an excellent turnout for the event the weather was excellent however due to 40 percent chance of rain 80 bikes never showed up which was disappointing. Can't wait till next year
