"Ambassador" by Craig Rodsmith. That a modified Loopframe, not a Tonti.

no, thats a V9

Craig has built about every type of Guzzi...  Loop, Spine frames, small blocks, a centauro, and a tonti sidecar racing rig.  He seems to really love the brand. I know he collaborates with Joe W up there in Chicagoland quite a bit

Here's the turbo guzzi you are thinking of (well, I believe he has made multiples, but the is 'A' turbo guzzi he made)

Chad (Shadrach) in Asheville NC
1979 LeMans CX-100 (battle axe)
2007 Breva 1100 (Sport 1200 tribute)

he's working on a ducati now that has a supercharger sticking out the side 2 feet and out past the headlight in front. Guy is a bit of a nut, his instagram is a great follow.

FWIW the V9 turbo is for sale at about $30k

right, sorry. my bad. too bad though that the topic evolved into a diversion about tonti versus loop and not about the museum, the bikes and this guy's mission.
