I fired her up today....one step closer to possibly running to the World Honda Chopper Get Together in June. Whoop Whoop. Shake down ride about 50 miles one way for a lunch run and see how she is running will be next.... Man Im crazy!! lol.
Air pressure in the rear tire?
Run it lower. Hardtail right? The rear tire becomes part of the suspension. Your kidneys will love you for it.
Couldn't tell it was a Plunger frame from 1st pix. Lower air pressure in the rear tire would let the rear tire slow the rebound since you already have a spring on the frame. Try 25lb. Check the tire after doing sprints on the highway for condition. I had a hard tail and would run 15-20lb. The rear Continental tire was the suspension.
