Congratulations Luap. :boozing:

As a data point, you can change engine modes as long as there is no load on the throttle. For instance: cruise not set, release throttle, cycle through engine modes... (I have never tried it during cruise operation, so I learned something today. )

Yeah it's pretty neat.  Also, coming home today I got to hear the oil cooler fan running.  That is neat and I didn't know it had them. Now, if I can just get the dang engine light to stay off and get some working turn signals, I can concentrate on how nice of a bike it is.  It's a real attention gitter, that's for sure.

I know someone has pre ordered one from my dealer. I hope I get a chance to see it before it goes home.

You have a real headturner there, even if a couple of gremlins have stowed away on her. You'll sort them out - part of the WG experience as you know better than anyone, hosting this thing. Congrats!

An observation of mine.

Moto Guzzi Motorcycles have one of the best engine/trans/rear-ends combo's for a motorcycle surrounded by dubious peripherals.     That includes all their models for the era that they're marketed in.
From the Deep Deep South out in left field.  There are no stupid questions.  There are however stupid people asking questions.  🤣, this includes me.  😉
