First , a reminder to please remove your threads in the swap meet section after an item is sold , or purchased . Also , we will be instituting a policy of removing any threads over 60 days old that haven't received any responses , or the OP can remove them . Feel free to repost the item .
Second , let's remember to remain civil here .
Thanks
Dusty

Thank you for all of your hard work. A donation will be going out in tomorrow's mail.

:thumb: Lots of stuff that been sold in Swapmeet, but not deleted. it's not hard to delete it - scroll down to the very bottom and click on "Remove Topic". So easy even a cave man can do it.

I'd request a bit more than 60 days. My sump spacer was listed for a lot longer and only had one response...until last week when it sold. Oh, and I quickly deleted the listing. Thanks much for all that you guys do!

We discussed 30 days , then 60 , so maybe 75 would be OK . Luap ?
There is also no reason you can't repost something a few days later .

Is that all threads, or just those in the Swap Meet section?

Just the swap meet . General Discussion uses an archive system .

60 days is plenty of time. We're talking about deleting topics with no responses in them. In other words, if the seller and viewers haven't responded to the post in TWO MONTHS, maybe it's time to remove it. Or, if you're the seller, simply "bump" it or make a post saying it's still available.

A couple of other small things to add , we really appreciate it when the members alert us to spam , so little of it gets past the system that we sometimes forget that spam can even show up on WG :thumb:
The other thing is , for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere riding and rally season is here , get out to a rally , go to a breakfast , heck , just call a buddy and do something spontaneous . Don't let the chance to make a new friend , or catch up with an old friend pass by . Life is short , take advantage of the moments to enjoy it .
