I have what I believe to be Bates hard bags for my Ambassador. These came with the bike but werent mounted. I might be missing some of the mounting hardware? Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, I have those exact same bags on my V700. They are HD Sportster bags from the 60's. I will pull them off and take a pic of the mounts. That bike is up the road in my storage space and I have to go pay rent.

You are the only one I have seen w/the same bags for a Guzzi.

Someone had these mounted on a Guzzi. They have Guzzi stickers on the rear.
I’m sure there is a bracket of some sort missing.
Thanks

If I had any $ I'd buy them from you, better shape than mine. PM'd some pics of mount.

Got the pics Steve. Thanks. Is there an additional bar attached to the shock bolt, or is there an additioanal hole drilled through the frame?
Thanks, Tony

Right, there is like a 6" long steel piece behind the shock on the post for front mount and rear is the rear seat bolts. I've had them packed and stacked on going to rallies and they are solid.
